Crazy here as we get ready to travel next week. The cats will be sad to be stuck inside. Today they are channeling their inner jungle cats. Willow is walking along a fence post in the tall ornamental grass.

Reggie has made a new friend during his morning outside jaunts. It’s a baby squirrel who is as curious about Reggie as Reggie is about her.

They hang like this for long periods, chittering at each other.

On colder mornings, when Reggie is out and the squirrels have yet to emerge from their nests, he’ll sit at the bottom of the tree and call for her. Eventually, when she comes out, he is so excited to see her. Then they are back to hanging until it’s time for Reggie to come in for breakfast.

A Cat Cafe opened nearby and a few of us went to give them support. Also, to pet kittehs. They specialize in older cats, but there were still a few young ones there, too.

This beauty found her forever home today, so that was fun. Although she had second thoughts when she saw the crate. I thought we were going to have a runner!

This guy stole my heart immediately. Then went to take a nap for the rest of our visit.

It snowed for three days with little to no accumulation. Which was good because the flowers were really starting to pop.

Willow and Reggie got to enjoy the warm weather this week. I had originally ordered the harness for Reggie, but Willow adapted to it very well. So now I have another ordered for Reggie so I don’t have to continue to adjust the size when I change cats.
