Flora Friday: What’s Up With You, Zucchini?

I just want it to be known that I came home from vaca and the tomatoes were tomato-ing, the corn was corn-ing, the peppers, cucumbers and herbs were doing their thing. Even the pumpkins were pumpkin-ing.

But the zucchini? That crop most people resort to leaving on people’s doorsteps in the fall, like a flaming bag of poo? Nada. Nothing. Not even a sprout.

I replanted today. 🤞

Oh, and my roses are stunning right now. So far those pesky Japanese beetles are nowhere to be seen.
