Rainy Sun

We are in monsoon season here. It’s not unusual for a quick storm to come through, and it will be completely sunny in one direction while it pours. But yesterday was a bit more unusual.

The sun was shining in all directions. Made for a beautiful tableau.

Caught me, the dogs and the cats by surprise, though. I got the dogs in just before the downpour. Willow and Sully dashed in from sunning themselves on the patio at the first big drops. But Reggie was confused enough to hang out under the canopy of the tree. Sitting and watching the storm unfold.

He’s obscured by the ornamental grass, so I wasn’t able to grab a photo of him.
