Nick Was A Good Duck

We lost Nick unexpectedly today. As is the way with ducks, their little hearts just give out. I was glad I had the chance to hold him as he passed this morning, I don’t usually get that privilege.

I’m glad I got the splash pad here in time for him to enjoy it for a few days. I’m still planning on posting a video of them playing in it.

We’ll see how Nora does without him…

RIP Nick, you were a fine fellow who fell in love with a Great Dane.
