The week has been a bit stressful, so we are all taking it easy on this very cold Friday. I am heading out tonight to watch an African dance and drumming performance, so gotta conserve my energy. LOL

A routine vet visit revealed a scary diagnosis. She has a tick borne infection that is causing swollen, stiff joints, fever and possibly other scary things we have so far avoided. She’s on a full month of heavy duty antibiotics, six doses a day, so I’ll need good thoughts, too as I manage those.
Someone on another blog yesterday said a good rule of thumb is for animals (and kids) is not to be outnumbered. I laughed and replied, “define outnumbered.”
We are happily outnumbered here…
