
I made a New Zealand staple, thinking ahead to the second Duxbridge book and our sexy Kiwi carpenter.

I made three variations: minced beef with cheddar, minced beef and cheddar with a mashed potato top and finally, I threw a little Mexican/American flair and added jalapenos to the mixture. Recipe here.
