Ribeye with a great crust and a baked potato large enough for two
I usually roast a Bone-in Prime Rib for Christmas or New Year’s, but this year I don’t feel like I have the time or energy to cut and prep a full ribeye bag. That’s about the only way it’s affordable and I have no issue with having a freezer full of roasts and steaks.
But I saw this recipe and thought, if I was doing one, this would be the recipe I’d try this year. I might not have a roast handy, but there is always a ribeye steak big enough for two in my freezer. I prepped it as per this recipe and grilled it until it had a nice crust and was medium rare.
From that test, I’d recommend it for an entire roast.
