Jack-o-lantern on counter

It’s been a long time since I have carved a pumpkin, but I really wanted roasted pumpkin seeds. And since I have an air fryer, pumpkin seeds I would have.

Air fryer tray filled with roasted pumpkin seeds

So easy to make in the air fryer. First, I dried them at 270° F for five minutes. I then sprayed them with peanut oil and liberally salted them. Finally, they roasted at 390° F for 15 minutes.

Now bring on the trick-or-treaters!
