Nora is all of us this Monday. She is snuggled down in the coop and could not be enticed to come out this morning. And yes, those are stuffed animals (from her dog buddies) that she’s curled up with. She is getting up there in age, so if she wants to sleep in, she can sleep in.
This is my favorite breakfast these days. A simple and quick ramen. Chicken broth, noodles, and two eggs. I then add a splash of Sriracha Chili Sauce. High in protein and a perfect start to my day.
Happy New Year. I’m thinking of making a significant change in my blogging habits this year. I think recipes will be fewer and farther between.

Probably no blogging this week. It’s looking to be very busy and I’m wrapping up the first rewrite, so that seems more important right now.

It’s been a long time since I have carved a pumpkin, but I really wanted roasted pumpkin seeds. And since I have an air fryer, pumpkin seeds I would have.
