Scout would like to offer her apologies to the neighborhood for her two a.m. ruckus. In her defense, there was a very old, very chubby, and not very athletic raccoon bothering her duck.
Nora seemed unfazed by it all, but Scout was not having it. Let’s just say that this Great Dane can give any coonhound a run for their money in howling. I’m sure the neighbors were less than thrilled.
Hopefully, after being chased out of our yard twice (once by me around 11 pm) this chubby little senior raccoon will avoid our yard for safer ground.
