Regenerative Landscaping: My Story

I’m helping some folks learn more about regenerative landscaping, so I put together a primer for them. Thought I’d cross-post it here.

It began innocently enough with laying out an outline of what might be nice and a promise I’d think about it for a while. Two weeks later, phase 1 was completed.

It’s that time of year, when hope springs eternal. The hope that by fall I will be over run with tomatoes, various peppers, cucumbers, corn, squash, and pumpkins. Thinking of all great meals to come.

It has been a long week + here. First, Jasper got sick. Then Trixie. And now, Scout. It seems to be some weird intestinal virus. Jasper’s resolved in about five days, Trixie is on the mend, but Scout is in the thick of it.

This means I’m up several times a night as each one has needed extra potty breaks. Like, every two hours.

Fingers-crossed I can get a bit more sleep tonight.

They are still adorable.
